How can I pay? TOP
You can pay via major credit card or e-check using Paypal. You may also send us a check or money order to the address provided during checkout. Once I order, how long does it take to arrive? TOP
We ship several times per week. Generally, you will receive your items within 5-10 business days. If you have not received your items in 15 business days, contact us so we can locate them. Do you accept returns? TOP
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it with our "No Problem" return policy.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee (minimum $1.00). S/H is not refundable, and you are responsible for the return postage. Do you sell wholesale? TOP

Currently, we do not have a facility where we can have the public browse our wares. We are, however, actively scouting for such a location. Do you accept custom orders? TOP
We love custom orders! If you need something specific, just ask! We'll gladly match fibers, fabrics, or anything else we carry to your project.
